There are many types of titanium springs: tensile titanium springs, titanium compression springs, torsion titanium springs, etc. The manufacturing methods of titanium springs are roughly divided into cold rolling method and hot rolling method. The main material of titanium spring is titanium alloy wire. Generally, the cold rolling method is used for titanium wire diameter less than 8mm, and the hot rolling method is used for titanium wire diameter larger than 8mm. The heat treatment of titanium spring can be annealed and pickled according to customer requirements.
